When our professionally trained, insured carpet
cleaning technicians arrive at your home or
office, they start with a pre-inspection to
identify problem areas. The technician will
review with you to make sure your areas of concern
are addressed. Then the E & J Five-Step
Deep Clean goes to work:
Step1: Dry vacuuming.
All areas to be cleaned are vacuumed to remove
loose dirt and soil. Step 2: Spot clean
We will then spot clean heavily soiled or stained
areas. Step 3: Pre-Spray:
A special carpet cleaning solution is sprayed
deep into the carpet fibers to loosen imbedded
dirt. Step 4: Hot water Extraction:
We then use high-powered extraction and pH-balancing
fiber rinse to remove the dirt and cleaning
solution leaving your carpet as clean as they
can be. Step 5: Groom the carpet
The carpet grooming process is a very important
